Role:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and assist in daily office tasks to help maintain productivity and organisation. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Ordering merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
Assist with the coordinating of office maintenance and repairs as needed.
Ensuring the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable.
Assisting with office security procedures, such as issuing visitor badges.
Serving as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Distributing incoming mail and handling outgoing mail and packages.
Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when necessary.
Assisting with the planning and execution of office events and functions.
Providing general support to colleagues and executives as required.
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Adhering to company policies and procedures and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
